Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's proximity to the airport was fantastic, but the lack of free airport transfers to the new airport was disappointing. The rooms, although old and dirty, improved once we settled in. The service was exceptional, especially from Ausaf & Naeem, who were incredibly cooperative. The location was prime and accessible for my work in Rawalpindi, but security checks due to the proximity to the army headquarters made it inconvenient. The dining experience offered a nice variety of foods, although there were some issues with the quality in the evening. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, providing a mix of comfort and inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had an unpleasant smell of smoke, which was disappointing. However, the staff was very kind, especially Ausaf Janjua, Aqsa Dar, Duty managers Sajid Rafique, Riaz, and Trainee Haseeb.
The hotel room was much smaller and different than advertised. It had standard, old furniture, and unfortunately, the swimming pool was green and not in use, which was disappointing considering the high price of 15 thousand. On the bright side, the room was nice and clean with all amenities in working condition.
The hotel is located in the heart of the splendid city, which is ideal for me due to its proximity to my family and the city center. The rooms vary in quality from terrible smoking ones filled with a cigarette smell to satisfactory ones, offering a mixed experience. The service is robotic and lacks warmth and personal touch in all areas. The location, despite being convenient, is not the most attentive, especially during check-in. Dining options are attractive but fall short compared to other branches. The facilities are standard, with nothing particularly outstanding.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was good, but the rooms were not up to standard despite the high prices. The service was very cooperative, especially with Ms Aqsa and Mr Kashif going above and beyond. The dining was satisfactory with a decent selection, but the atmosphere lacked warmth and hospitality.
Despite a few drawbacks, like the outdated room decor, my stay at PC Hotel was overall enjoyable thanks to the friendly and cooperative staff and the lovely view from my room. I appreciate the warm hospitality and would definitely return on my next visit to Pakistan.
